All Pink Ice Jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If
an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers
must e-mail their concern within 7 days of receiving items for an
exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and
in their original packaging. Pink Ice Jewelry reserves the right to
refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original
condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send
your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return
will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon
reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged
or if you receive the wrong item.  If you encounter an issue with your purchase please reach out to us at info@pinkicejewelry.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received
and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved
or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original
payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take
additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund.

Sterling silver will tarnish with time
and wear. To take care of your sterling silver jewelry, polish it
frequently with a soft dry cloth to avoid tarnish (do not use silver
dip).

We recommend you wear your sterling silver jewelry daily as your natural body oils prevent it from tarnishing.

Take off when showering, swimming, gardening, cooking or working out.

Avoid contact with substances containing sulfur (eggs, mustard, onions, mayonnaise, latex and wool) because it causes sterling silver to tarnish.

Take off when working with household cleaning products and chemicals.

Avoid getting make-up, cosmetics, perfume, hairspray or hand sanitizer on your jewelry.

Avoid exposure to chlorine/pools, hot tubs, spas and saltwater/ocean.

Clean using warm water, dry thoroughly and polish using silver polishing cloth.
