Important Notice: Preorder Delivery Time

Please note that if you have placed a preorder, there may be a longer wait time
for delivery. All Pre-Orders have an estimated ship date of 5-6 weeks from date of purchase.
All Pre-Order sales are final and non-Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. But if you're having trouble tracking your order, please send an email to info@pinkicejewelry.com

Pink Ice Jewelry processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/ or shipped the following business day.

We will not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.

Once we have handpicked and prepared your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courier so that your package will arrive to you safe and sound! In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Pink Ice Jewelry does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
